Your new role
The job of the Finance Manager is a varied one and will involve:
Preparing monthly management accounts
Cashflow forecasting budget v actual results
Overseeing a small accounts team
VAT returns
Budgeting and forecasting
Analysis of financial performance of the business
Preparation of the audit packs
Supporting with year-end
Liaising with auditors
Managing a small finance team
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a Finance Manager in an SME business, they will have an in-depth understanding of cashflow monitoring and hands-on experience of budgeting and risk management.
