Assistant Accountant

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Central Bristol based client in the recruitment of an Assistant Accountant (Spanish speaking).

• Support month-end processes, including analysis and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial matters.
• Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Handle day-to-day financial operations and assist with budgeting tasks.
• Manage or assist with reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow monitoring.
• Provide general support to the finance team and wider business as needed.

• Fluency in Spanish (essential).
• Previous experience in a finance role, ideally in a dynamic organisation.
• Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
