We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end audits and compliance activities.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across financial operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Support strategic initiatives, including business growth and change management projects.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with:

• Significant experience in financial management and team leadership.
• A strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proven success in delivering accurate financial reporting and managing budgets.
