Description:

CMA is pleased to be working with this growing business and independent market leader to find a Finance Assistant within the Accounts Receivable department.

The role is an 18-month fixed term contract for maternity cover, to join their diverse and friendly team in the Guildford office. Offering flex hours, hybrid working, bonus and other great benefits.

You will be using your attention to detail and good communication skills to communicate within the finance team and to the business s clients. Must be available on short notice.

What will the Finance Assistant Accounts Receivable role involve?

  • Sales invoice processing.
  • Debtor management.
  • Reconciling invoices to client payments.
  • Compliance submissions.
  • Intercompany transfers.
  • PO processing.
  • Assisting with audit requests
  • Payment runs.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant Accounts Receivable vacancy:

  • Experience with accounts receivable.
  • Experience with invoicing.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
