THE BUSINESS
Our fantastic client specialises in providing out display products. The Company offers shelf, storage, layout systems, and other related items of various types of materials, as well as provides fitting services.

THE ROLE
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations on intercompany transactions, balances and reconciliations
  • Produce monthly margin reports by customer, including accruals and prepayments as required
  • Assist with month end closedown
  • Manage debtor cash collection via customer portal s
  • Deal with disputed customer invoices and payments
  • Manage customer rebates processes and journals
  • Produce customer statements
  • Complete VAT reconciliations for UK and Ireland
  • Compile Intrastat submissions for UK and Ireland
  • Provide update monthly flash position for P&L and balance sheet
  • Provide cover and assistance on Purchase Ledger as and when required, checking and updating the ledger balances
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Finance Director


THE PERSON
  • Previous financial experience
  • Financial Qualifications are not a necessity
  • Can reliably commute to site in Newcastle
  • Can work independently and as a part of a finance function
