Vice president, Loan Agency (Transaction Management)

As a Vice President, you will monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements. You will also support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.

• Support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.
• Close and manage complex transactions.
• Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction.

• Significant previous experience.
• Eagerness to pay attention to detail and go the extra mile in all aspects of the role.
• Syndicated loan experience, ideally middle office, with loan administration background a plus.
• Experience with Intralinks/Debtdomain or similar loans communication tools is an advantage.
