Our client, one of the largest asset managers in the world, is looking to hire a Fixed Income Trader. In this role, you will be working on the centralized Trading desk and trading a wide range of Fixed Income assets.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing and hedging all classes of corporate bonds and credit derivatives
2. Gather and communicate information about market sentiment, trading environment, trading flows, and price changes to Portfolio Managers
3. Achieve best execution through analyzing new trading techniques and liquidity sources
4. Develop good working relationships with brokers to extract maximum benefit for the firm and its clients

The ideal candidate:

1. 1-5 years' proven trading experience on the buy-side or sell-side
2. Working knowledge of fixed income markets
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
5. Ability to establish credibility and trust quickly with both clients and colleagues
6. Team player
