MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a leading insurtech company in the Insurance sector. Salary £32,000-£35,000

Location: Remote-first with flexible working arrangements

The Role

As a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, you will handle pre-litigated and litigated motor claims up to £25k, utilising advanced technology to streamline processes. This role offers generous benefits, including health insurance, pension contributions, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster:

• Manage caseloads efficiently from inception to settlement
• Handle OIC and MOJ claims, with multi-jurisdictional exposure
• Negotiate and settle credit hire claims
• Work with MGA/Insurer/Reinsurer panels on a delegated authority basis
• Provide high-quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers

Required knowledge and experience for the Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster role:

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on motor claims handling
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury and credit hire claims handling
• Strong understanding of delegated authority and client philosophies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
