Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing mortgages and protection products, providing expert advice on financial products and services.

Salary: Enjoy a starting salary of up to £30k (DOE) + Uncapped bonus.

Location : Horwich -Hybrid working options available .

Duties

• Assess clients' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable mortgage products
• Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment
• Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Full CeMap required
• Previous experience within in a advisory role
• Working to strict target & KPIs
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
