Credit Controller

Your New Company An exciting opportunity for a credit controller to join the team at one of our blue chip clients in Brighton.
Your New Role

• Continuously seek ways to enhance the credit control function and remain abreast of industry standards.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities, and proactively collaborate with customers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive credit control processes across various systems to ensure efficient payments/collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients and customers.
• Compile and present regular reports on the status of credit control operations.
• Ensure that credit control activities adhere to applicable regulations and best practices.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
• Strong track record with credit control.
• A thorough understanding of Oracle (Preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Comfortable with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work as a strong team and build relationships with the project management team.
• Skilled at prioritising workload to ensure key deadlines are met.
• Organised and flexible.
