A rapidly growing services business in Woking is looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their busy finance function on a temporary basis.
Operating out of modern offices in Woking town centre, this thriving PE-backed organisation has expanded massively during recent months, leading to increased workload and the need for additional headcount.
The assignment is expected to last for 6 months, and could potentially be extended beyond this.
What will the Accounts Receivable Assistant role involve?
Validating daily and weekly sales reports against central system, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Updating system with any corrections to monetary values, quantities or other necessary changes to ensure accuracy of data.
Building monthly client files and uploading along with supporting schedules at the end of each month.
Creation of monthly client invoices and additional documentation.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable Assistant vacancy:
Experience in accounts receivable / billing / sales order processing.
Exposure to analysing, amending and processing volume data with exceptional attention to detail.
Available to start at short notice (1 week or less) and willing to commit to a 6 month temporary assignment.
