The Role Senior Practice Accountant:
This is more than just crunching numbers. As a Senior Practice Accountant, you'll be working alongside the Director, helping to drive the business forward while delivering top-notch service to clients. With an open path to directorship, your ambition won t go unnoticed here!

What you ll be doing as the Senior Practice Accountant
  • Handling personal tax, VAT returns, tax planning, and accounts like a pro
  • Mentoring and guiding junior accountants (pass on that wisdom!)
  • Reviewing and finalising work you re the go-to for quality checks
  • Managing workflows, deadlines, and onboarding clients (and teaching them the digital ropes)
  • Preparing financial statements and delivering snappy reports
  • Running client meetings yes, you ll be the face they trust
  • Helping shape the future of the practice
What you will bring to the table:
  • Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CTA (you've earned those letters!)
  • Loads of experience in an accountancy practice (you know the drill) Minimum 3 years, great if you have more!
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Dext
  • A sharp eye for business opportunities and a head for growth
  • Mentor vibes ready to guide the next gen of accountants
  • Confident communicator especially when talking money with clients
  • Applicants must prove the right to work in the UK (Unfortunately, no sponsorship available for this position)
