Description: | The Role Overview As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for preparation of monthly and ad hoc invoices within the required timeframes. This role would suit a motivated finance or ACCA student who is looking to develop their finance career in a fast-paced business environment. Part time role, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities and Duties Sales Invoicing - timely and accurately prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services and products provided Query Resolution - address billing enquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly, working closely with clients and internal teams to find solutions Customer Billing Setup - setup new customer billing within the internal systems Billing Review - carry out periodic reviews of recurring invoice templates, chart of accounts coding and journals Billing System Maintenance - ensure due diligence is carried out and the internal systems are updated effectively Reporting - assist with periodic sales ledger reporting and reconciliations Team Support - provide general support to the Finance Team Desired Skills Previous experience in a finance role (minimum of 2 years) Proven experience using Xero accounting software Accurate, highly organised with an excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Problem solver | |
