Corporate Tax Assistant Manager (Advisory)

Simpson Judge have partnered with one of the UK's largest independent accountancy firms who are looking to expand their new Cardiff office. If you love getting stuck in with Corporate Tax advisory and want to do more of it, this is the one for you.

Some of the exciting projects you would be involved in include:

• M&A tax advisory on both sale and buy side
• Capital reduction demergers
• EMI valuations
• Designing bespoke share incentives
• Transitions to Employee Ownership
• Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures

Benefits:

• Total package is negotiable, but as a rough guide it will be 55k- 60k
• Flexibility to work from home for 2-3 days a week

Requirements:

• CTA Qualified
• Experience in advising OMB's on Corporate Tax matters
