Accounts Assistant

CMA is delighted to be working with an established and well-known UK supplier in Andover, Hampshire. Working within a close-knit team you ll play an integral part of supporting the overall running of the finance team whilst the company continues to grow. With a modern office and family-feel, the role also comes with a hybrid element after an initial probationary period.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Suppliers Posting invoices, setting up new suppliers.
• Reconciliation Balance sheet, Bank, the posting and reconciliation of staff expenses.
• Assist with preparation on monthly management accounts.
• Posting accruals and prepayment journals.
• Cash posting and allocation.
• Occasional credit control duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Experience within a similar role with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• AAT qualified ideally or QBE.
