We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments. Maintain accurate purchase ledger records. Assist in resolving any invoice discrepancies or queries. Support month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
