The Opportunity for the Insolvency Administrator:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insolvency Administrator to assist in the efficient handling of corporate insolvency and property receivership cases. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for insolvency and a desire to grow their career within a supportive, growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering a portfolio of insolvency cases, including Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), and Administrations.
  • Assisting with the management of distressed property assets as part of the Property Receivership team.
  • Preparing and submitting statutory reports and compliance documentation.
  • Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting senior team members with case management and process improvements.

To Be Successful as the Insolvency Administrator, You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in insolvency, corporate recovery, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the desire to contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
