Purpose of the Role:Provide efficient administrative support to advisers, ensuring applications for mortgages, protection, and general insurance are processed accurately, promptly, and compliantly.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties:
Maintain a professional image to uphold the company's reputation.
Communicate effectively with clients, advisers, and introducers.
Build strong working relationships with advisers and external partners.
Assist senior management with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Mortgage Processing:
Manage mortgage applications from submission to legal completion.
Ensure applications are accurate and include all required documentation.
Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and clients to resolve queries and track progress.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date case notes for compliance.
Protection Processing:
Oversee protection applications to policy approval.
Liaise with providers, clients, and medical practitioners to avoid delays.
Confirm policies align with client preferences and compliance requirements.
General Insurance Processing:
Process insurance applications to policy approval.
Work with providers to ensure timely issuance and accuracy.
Compliance & Customer Care:
Ensure all applications meet regulatory and company standards.
Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
Support a culture of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) by ensuring processes align with customer needs and recommending improvements where needed.
