Key Responsibilities for the Insolvency Manager
  • Lead and manage corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations and Liquidations.
  • Provide expert advice and strategic solutions to clients, creditors, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, fostering their development and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies that maximise recovery and protect their interests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate for the Insolvency Manager Role
  • Significant experience in managing corporate insolvency cases, with strong technical expertise.
  • Relevant insolvency qualifications such as CPI, ACA, or ACCA (JIEB qualification preferred but not essential).
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • A strategic, solution-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
