This role involves managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Key responsibilities include monitoring overdue invoices, communicating with customers, updating records, resolving billing issues, and evaluating the company's credit.

The Role:
Track and manage customer payments
Liase with customers and negotiate payment arrangements
Maintain accurate reports and risk management strategies
Collaborate with finance with disputes or billing errors

The Person:
Proven experience in managing accounts payable or credit control functions
Strong financial knowledge, including the ability to analyse credit data
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective communication and negotiation
