With warm leads from the estate agents and full administrative support, you can focus on what you do best helping customers secure the perfect property.

Package
  • Salary: £28,000 with a guaranteed additional payment for a fixed period.
  • Car: Company car or car allowance (£2,500), with opportunities to progress towards prestigious vehicles like Audi, Jaguar, or BMW.
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £60,000 (uncapped).

Work Pattern
  • 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays off per month).

Your Role
  • Meet clients to assess individual circumstances and needs.
  • Identify and recommend the best financial and mortgage solutions.
  • Sell associated insurance products from Legal & General.
  • Meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the estate agency team to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and support to colleagues to maintain high referral rates.
  • Proactively contact the existing client base for new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with lenders to ensure product suitability for customers.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with FCA guidelines.
What We re Looking For
  • Qualifications: CEMAP 1 (minimum) or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
  • Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, strong work ethic, and resilience under pressure.
  • Attributes: Ambitious, self-motivated, smart, articulate, and well-presented.
  • Values: Courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect are at the heart of their ethos.
  • License: A full driving license is essential.
