THE ROLE

MediaSense requires a technically strong and organised Financial Controller to support the group Finance Director in designing and managing best in class processes, controls and reporting for an international private equity backed group.

The role comprises of a wide range of activities:

  • Group cash flow forecasting and management
  • Production of group board reporting
  • Production of group covenant reporting
  • Delivery of group reforecasts and budgets
  • Building and maintaining key group KPI metrics
  • Management of group year-end (audit, tax, consolidation)
  • Management of group transfer pricing policy
  • Working with external advisors to manage group company secretarial requirements
  • Finance project oversight (e.g. accounting system transition, expense management system implementation)
  • Design and implementation of group accounting policies and finance processes

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • An ACA background from a top 10 accountancy firm
  • A minimum of 7 years post-qualified experience in a Financial Controller or similar role
  • Experience working for an international business
  • Experience of consolidated accounts for an international business
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to manage your time effectively across multiple workstreams
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
