Fianance Assistant

We are excited to be working exclusively with a brand new client in the Skipton area who are looking for a Finance Assiatnat on a full time basis (2pm finish every Friday). The ideal candidate must have a great sense of humour, be a good team worker, able to work well under pressure and have previous finance expereince.The duties are listed below:

• Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
• Uploading invoices onto Paperless system
• Sending signed off invoices to Director on Paperless
• Checking statements at month end
• Checking off purchase orders
• Marking off Payments from customers
• Sending statements
• Creating invoices
• Helping Financial controller where needed
