We are excited to be working with a forward thinking, established business based near Coventry. The company pride themselves on delivering exceptional service their valued existing and ever expanding customer base. They are now seeking a motivated, accurate and team orientated Accounts Payable to join their in house team. This role will see you taking on all aspects of the Accounts Payable function, getting involved with process improvements and with a range upcoming projects.

This position comes with an annual salary of up to 30,000.

Duties Include:

• Overseeing Accounts Payable and managing workflow.
• Ensuring invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Communicating with suppliers, building relationships and resolving invoice or payment queries.
• Supplier account reconciliations.
• Assisting with month end processes.
• Providing payment forecasts to assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Creating details reports for management.
• Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance teams.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of two years previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous experience managing or overseeing members of your team.
• Good knowledge of Excel and be able to manipulate and analyse data.
• Confident, accurate, reliable and be able to hit the ground running.
• Good communication skills both internally and externally and able to investigate and resolve queries.
• Organised and able to prioritise yours and your teams workload.
