Job Title: Collections Advisor

Salary: 25,000

Location: Birmingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Collections Advisor for a fantastic company in Birmingham.

The Candidates responsibilities:

• The candidate would be responsible for being proactive and calling/emailing business to chase debt.
• Having previous experience as a Credit Controller or Collections Advisor would be beneficial when it comes to completing the general Credit Control duties.
• Collaboration with the team to discuss appropriate terms and conditions for debt repayment.
• Be able to review, analyse and improve all processes and queries.
• Be confident when it comes to decision making and speaking with individuals.
• Communicating with other departments to resolve any issues and chase held up payments.
• Identifying areas of high risk and reporting this.
• Supporting the larger team.
• General Admin and Credit Control duties.

The Candidates requirements:

• Experience within Credit Control desirable.
• Excellent telephony and written skills are necessary.
• Excel skills are essential - someone who can figure their way around this software.
• A proactive, energetic and adaptable individual.
