Financial Modeller required for a major offshore wind developer based in England
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the financial model for the project's business case
Perform sensitivity analyses on configurations and scenarios
Prepare and maintain model-related documentation and databases
Proactively support and provide guidance to the engineering, procurement, commercial, finance and management functions during the cost, assumption and model input development
Provide recommendations to the project's senior management team
Input into configuration, change and award decisions
Prepare documentation for and present to senior leadership teams and other internal and external stakeholders
Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Degree qualified in business, finance, commerce or a comparable discipline
At least three years of professional experience in a similar function as analyst or modeller
Excellent knowledge of financial modelling functions, tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel, and other relevant software packages
Experience in project finance
Offshore and/or energy infrastructure project experience
Excellent understanding of complex tasks, ability to work autonomously with great rigour and precision
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload, meet timescales
Ability to work as a member of a large, multidisciplinary team
