Salary Range: £95k - £115k per annum depending on relevant experience

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the senior leadership and executive management team
• Managing the financial controls processes across the company, including those for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning including cash flow
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of fully audited accounts; liaison of external audit teams, and submission in line with statutory guidelines.
• Undertake budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activity for the company and subsidiaries
• Maintain financial performance models and forecasts for short (6 months), medium (18months) and long term planning
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Develop performance measures that support individual project performance and company's strategic direction
• Lead change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation and continuous improvement
• Support the implementation of an ERP system
• Assist bid & proposal writing and structuring financial elements of contract offers.
• Provide financial modelling support to customers for contracted work.
• Oversee the issuance of financial information
• Review and approve all business tax documentation and returns
• Report financial results to the board of directors
• Maintain up to date financial management information
  
  

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in a complex, multinational organization.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing change and driving organisational transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in finance, risk management, and IT governance.
