The Background: This award-winning accountancy firm (non-Big-4) is actively seeking a Global Mobility Tax Director to lead their growing team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients whilst ensuring high standards are maintained within operational teams.
The Role: You'll be responsible for delivering industry leading advisory services to individuals and international clients across all mobility tax compliance topics. You'll lead the development of recommendations and implementation plans, making informed decisions in complex areas. You'll drive innovation and deliver creative solutions to ensure clients attain their objectives. You'll play an active role in contributing to attaining team goals and ensuring your team is managed and developed effectively.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in global mobility tax compliance coupled with strong leadership skills Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience Strategic thinker, proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence Ability to influence at a senior level and manage complex stakeholder relationships Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in plain language and in a pragmatic manner Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
