Interim Finance Director

Chilworth Partnership are supporting a leading SME in West Sussex with their recruitment of an Interim Finance Director for an initial period of 3-6 months.

The role is paying £500-£600 per day Inside IR35 and the business require someone to work on-site in West Sussex 5 days per week.

Responsibilities will include:

• Production of management accounts including journal postings, variance analysis and associated commentary.
• Work with external accountants and ensure statutory requirements are met.
• Monitor and manage cash balances, cashflow forecasting and invoice discounting.
• Develop strategies to increase company profitability and value.
• Mentoring and support of the finance team

You will:

• Be a fully qualified Accountant holding ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Have experience of being in a hands on, leadership role within an SME environment.
• Feel comfortable implementing processes, controls and automation from scratch.
