Acorn by Synergie, on behalf of our valued client, is recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Professional to join their team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with experience in purchase ledger management and other accounts administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Managing payment runs to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Supporting other accounts functions, including general ledger tasks and month-end processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and maintaining organised records.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in purchase ledger and general accounts administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
