Redhill - Hybrid working

Full time or Part-time (5 or 4 days a week)

Up to 40,000 depending on experience

We are working with an incredible organisation in the Redhill area, who are looking for a Deputy Finance Manager to join there small and friendly team. This role will be sitting within a forward-thinking finance team, supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function.

You will have the opportunity to gain a wide depth of exposure, working closely as a key support to the Finance Manager. This is going to be a brilliantly varied role but day to day could include:

  • Experience with Payroll processing
  • Overseeing the transactional processes
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Supporting with management accounts
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Supporting Accounts assistants with training and development
  • Other relevant duties as required

The ideal candidate we are looking for is/has:

  • Previous experience in an all-round Accounts role
  • A self-starter
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A great team player
