We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic team and make a real impact. They will be responsible for coding and processing customer payments, utilising SAP accounting software and Excel for control checking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jointly responsible for AP processes
  • Coding and processing vendor invoices
  • Obtaining necessary authorisations for further processing
  • Training provided for processing on SAP accounting software

Person Specification:

  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Focused on providing real assistance to the management team
  • Adaptable to a fast-growing environment
  • Pleasant demeanour with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving abilities

Technical Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, specifically Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Previous experience in accounts assistant/payable role is crucial

- Minimum Finance degree with a 2:1

  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous, but training will be provided

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (1-hour lunch)

Holidays: 25 working days plus 8 bank holidays
