Credit Control

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the role of Credit Control in the amazing city of Leeds! In this role you'll have the opportunity to grow and thrive in a business that has been well established for almost 50 years!

Day to Day you will be expected to carry out roles such as dealing with invoices and queries surrounding invoices, monitoring and replying to emails from the central inbox, monitoring customer accounts, managing credit limits, following up with clients regarding invoices, keeping up to date records ensuring their accuracy and maintaining and building strong relationships with internal teams.

• Strong organisational skills
• Clear and concise phone presence
• Confidence when talking to customers both via phone calls and email
• Microsoft systems skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adhering to strict deadlines
• Great team mentality and to be able to work well with others
• At least 1 year Credit Control experience
