Hays are proud to be working in partnership with a growing organisation based in West Lothian who have added a new position of Management Accountant into their well established team.

This will be a fast-paced yet supportive environment that will provide a stimulating and varied role with exposure to senior members of staff.

Your new role
In your new role you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Performing month-end accounting tasks, including preparing accruals and prepayments.
• Issue sales invoices and allocate receipts and payments.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
• Produce KPIs and provide ad hoc information as needed.
• Attend board meetings
