What You ll Do:
  • Provide technical and administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers.
  • Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and suitability letters.
  • Liaise with providers and clients to handle queries and manage cases.
  • Assist with research and analysis for financial planning solutions.
  • Maintain and update client records in line with compliance standards.
  • Develop knowledge of paraplanning and technical skills as you progress.
What We re Looking For:
  • Experience in a financial services administration role (e.g., IFA, pensions, investments, wealth management).
  • Familiarity with platforms, systems, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Diploma (or progress toward) in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
