CMA are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well-established and reputable logistics firm located in Whiteley, Hampshire. This role is set to commence in December on an initial three-week contract, with the potential for extension due to the company s ongoing growth and expansion. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the team with high-volume purchase ledger tasks. Please note that the site is not accessible by public transport so the ideal candidate will have their own means of travel. What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

  • Validate and process supplier invoices to the correct supplier ledger / nominal code.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger.
  • Managing the inbox.

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

  • Strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
