Salary: 39,530 per annum
Contract: Maternity cover, up to 1 year
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid working available)
Hours of Work:

  • Full-time (37 hours per week)
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
  • Friday: 8:45 am - 4:45 pm

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and looking to make an impact? We are seeking a Business Insight Analyst to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape data strategy, identify key trends, and drive business improvements through insightful analysis.
About the Role
As a Business Insight Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and deliver insightful business reporting using diverse datasets.
  • Use data modelling and customer segmentation to optimise operations and predict future patterns.
  • Analyse performance and key indicators to enhance critical service areas such as repairs, arrears, and compliance.
  • Create visualisations and interrogate data using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory measures through surveys and analysis.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making with detailed analytic reports for senior leaders.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a data-savvy individual who:

  • Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Can manage complex datasets, model and visualise data, and develop actionable insights.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and thrives in a team-oriented, hybrid working environment.
  • Has a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant data analysis qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver analytic solutions and support organisational culture change.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and using data to drive improvements.
