This is a great opportunity for a Finance Director/CFO level candidate who also speaks fluent Russian to join this fast-growing and exciting IT company, which uses innovative technology on the market.

The company is a dynamic start-up backed by major financial institutions. Their Head Office is based in the City of London, and they have an operational team based in Ukraine. You will need to communicate with the Ukrainian office and review financial statements from the Eastern European side of the business, so fluency in Russian is essential. All reports are produced according to UK standards. The role will include analyzing management financial reporting data, improving financial standards for the company, preparing strategy for financial development, and analyzing risks. You will be the most senior financial team member, so you must be able to take the lead and make strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:

1. A graduate with a finance-related degree and accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
2. Finance Director/CFO experience in the UK
3. Experience working for an IT/software start-up company or a similar related field company
4. Fluency in Russian and English
5. Leadership skills
6. Strategic and analytical skills
