Description: | Purchase Ledger Assistant Woodley Reading Up to £28k Better People are happy to be working with a favourite client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team in Woodley. The role is full time and office based. The role is for an experienced Purchase Ledger person who has also looked after Sales Ledger and credit control. The role is varied and will include processing purchase invoices, managing creditors, high volume of phone work responding to supplier queries and outstanding debt, processing expenses and petty cash, timely email responses and ad hoc support for the rest of the Accounts team. Ideal Candidates: Will have at least 3 years Purchase Ledger experience Will have worked in accounts/finance function for at least 3 years Will have experience and knowledge of sales ledger and credit control Will have great business communication skills both on the phone and in writing Will be good MS users, with strong Excel skills and be generally tech savvy Will be used to working to deadlines and managing own workload. You will be joining a small friendly and professional team, where your work will be appreciated. This is a company that values their staff.
