Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven individual for the role of Finance Graduate. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a career in finance.

You ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a varied position that will give great exposure to a wide range of accounting functions.

Day-to-day tasks/Responsibilities:

• Managing the customer invoicing schedule
• Responding to queries in the finance inbox from customers, suppliers and internal operations teams
• Purchase ledger invoice uploads to SAP Concur
• Creation and maintenance of supplier account details in Sage
• Month end variance analysis and cost reviews
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders providing detailed information about outstanding queries, invoicing position and pricing
• Supporting with workflow through the Finance team and covering for team member absences
• Assisting with external audit

The successful candidate:

• 1 year Accounting/Finance experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Confident using new IT systems
• Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude
• Works to a high standard with a good attention to detail
• Excellent time management, organisation and multi-tasking abilities
• Shows initiative with a willingness to adapt and embrace change
• Team player
