Full Time Temporary till April 2025 IMMEDIATE START

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Location: Syston

Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 Per Annum depending on experience

Our well-respected client who have been established for over 30 Years and has a worldwide presence is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Accounts Assistant to join there Finance team on a Full Time Temporary basis till April 2025 starting immediately!

As a Accounts Assistant, your role will be:

  • Assist and support the companies commercial accountant for UK and UAE site as a Accounts Assistant.
  • Control Account reconciliation
  • Balance sheet reviews and variance analysis
  • Ensure Management accounts are up to date as a Accounts Assistant
  • Analysis of accounts against budget and provide due diligence information
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly records within reporting as a Accounts Assistant
  • As Accounts Assistant, supporting the Company Accountant as and when required.
  • Provide full administrative support within the accounts team
  • Assist in month end activities and reporting as required as Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant requirements:

  • Previous Accounts Assistant experience is essential for this role
  • Previous experience in SAGE and skilled in Excel is essential for this role.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Competent of using all Microsoft office packages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
