Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team of a fab company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a permanent finance job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with proven Finance - Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and multi- currency experience.

Salary: up to 30K

Location: Office based - Crawley, West Sussex. Free parking onsite

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Credit control
• Processing of multi-currency customer invoices and credit notes
  Maintain customer accounts
• Monitor the AP / AR mailbox, responding to any invoice or payment queries
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Month-end accounting tasks
• Supplier payments

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivables - finance support role
• Experience of multi-currency transactions
• Good communication skills
• IT skills - Excel and Sage 50
