Financial Accountant (Hybrid)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to work for a great company based in the Reigate, Surrey area. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the planning, forecasting and reporting of the company performance, preparing statements, balance sheets, monitoring cash flow, analysis etc. This is ideal for an experienced qualified Financial Accountant. There is a permanent job opportunity available as well as interim.

Salary: up to 65K

Location: Reigate, hybrid options - 2-3 days office based

Financial Accountant duties:

• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Monthly Management accounts analysis for overhead costs
• Assist with year-end audit
• VAT returns
• Financial analysis
• Maintain daily cash flow forecasting
• Budgets and forecasts
• Support with month-end / year-end close
• Mentor and manager an Accounts Assistant

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar Financial Accountant - Accounting - Financial Analysis type role. Ideally be fully qualified ACCA
• Good IT skills and advanced Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
