Your new role This role is joining their already successful accounts team, working to develop your skills within costing and analysis of costing, reporting this back to senior finance members or members of the board. This role will develop you to eventually becoming a Business Partner, so there is a lot of potential for growth within the company. What you'll need to succeed You will need a university degree, prior experience within Management accounts and be part qualified or studying to try and become qualified, this alongside a desire to develop your career will work well in this role. Having an interest to learn new things and the ability to do so quickly will also be crucial.
