Description:

As a Payout Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing payout agreements efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our credit control and customer service teams to ensure that all transactions are handled smoothly and in compliance with company policies and FCA Guidelines.

Title: Payout Administrator

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 depending on industry experience

Location: Bracknell, hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, process and review payout agreements and paperwork in agreed SLA's
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before funds being released
  • Maintain detailed records of all payments transactions and communication trails with clients regarding payout
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues related to payout
  • Conduct regular audits of payout transactions to ensure compliance
  • Assist in the development and improvement of payout processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
