The Role

As a Commercial Claims Adjuster, you'll handle motor claims from cradle to grave, leveraging your expertise in repair, capture, intervention, and third-party property damage. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Claims Adjuster:

• Process and manage motor claims, including those involving MOJ and OIC
• Conduct credit hire negotiations
• Provide high-quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers
• Work within system-driven SLAs and workflows
• Analyse complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines

Required knowledge and experience for the Commercial Claims Adjuster role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims (commercial or personal)
• Cert CII qualification
• Experience in fraud detection within the motor space
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to handle delegated authority and client philosophies
