What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Finance Manager prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analysing financial data to spot trends, variances, and opportunities to improve.
• Overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Making sure they stay compliant with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
• Working with other teams to streamline financial processes.
• Contributing to financial planning and key decision-making.
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant ACCA, or CIMA are a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset for solving problems and improving processes.
