Description

• Overseeing and leading the financial operations for the organisation.
• Preparing Management Accounts for 4 business entities within the Group.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Co-ordinate all key finance functions for the business and oversee an Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper.
• Implementing effective strategies to enhance profitability and financial performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Analysing financial data and making informed predictions for the company's future.
• Advising on investment opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Some involvement in the co-ordination of Payroll, Facilities Management and HR

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient knowledge in financial management and accounting principles.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
