Description:

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Reconciliations Assistant to work for this marketing leading organisation that is experiencing year on year growth. The role is to start ASAP and is initially for 2 months, with the possibility of being extended. This is a fully office-based role with onsite parking.

Reconciliations Assistant - About The Role

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to use and develop their skills in a finance-based role. You will be working as part of a team so being a team player is key as well as the ability to work individually.

The successful person will be a key member of this busy team and will be dealing directly with large volumes of data so attention to detail, accuracy and speed is key.

Duties include:

  • Account reconciliations
  • Administration
  • Updating reports
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Data-entry
  • Filing and scanning
  • Ad hoc duties as required to support the team

The successful Reconciliations Assistant will have/be:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organised with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Most importantly you will be happy working in a pressurised environment
  • Only candidates on short or no notice will be considered
