This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site in Bourne who specialise in preparing fruit, dressed salads, noodles and stir fry. They employ over 1,200 people and are only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding. About the role. In this busy and exciting role, you will analyse, understand and support improvements to specific areas of the factory. You will be working closely with the factory managers, operational excellence colleagues and the wider operations team to influence decision making and drive factory efficiencies. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle from inception to production. Accountabilities
Ideally you will have previous experience of a similar role within a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment. You'll have experience of factory performance, labour efficiencies, material variance, standard costings, experience working with large data-sets, P&L and interpreting data into insights. You will be qualified or working towards relevant qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent and possess the ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats. Excellent communication, analytical, customer service and Excel skills will be key. What you'll receive.
